VivaraEssence Refund & Returns Policy
Our Promise:
At VivaraEssence, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our collections and want you to adore every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help with a straightforward refund and returns process.
Returns:
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. VivaraEssence will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been worn, altered, or washed, and all tags remain attached.
Refund:
To start a return, please visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
To return your product, you should mail it to our distribution center. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-returnable items:
Some items are non-returnable. These include gift cards, lingerie, swimwear, and any items marked as “Final Sale.”
Faulty Items:
If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number, the faulty item’s name, and a description of the fault. We will work with you to ensure a speedy resolution.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@vivaraessence.com .
