Refund Request Window
We understand that making a return decision takes time. You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return or request a refund. We recommend inspecting your items as soon as they arrive to ensure everything is in perfect condition. Please ensure you contact us within this period; returns initiated after 15 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Unused, Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. This includes being unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. These include:

- Swimwear
- Lingerie
- Accessories
- Beauty products
- Sale items
If any product is found to be altered, used, or not in its original condition upon return, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Non-Eligible Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Customer Mishandling: Products that have been damaged due to customer mishandling (e.g., torn, stained, or altered after delivery) are non-returnable.
- Non-original Condition: Items that are returned in a used or worn state, or without their original packaging, will not be eligible for a refund.
- Final Sale Items: As mentioned, all final sale items, including bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, beauty products, and discounted sale items, cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
For all returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that shipping fees and discounts applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. After this, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-14 business days, depending on your financial institution. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your account. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer refunds in the form of store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
At VivaraEssence, we take product quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must report it to us within 10 days of receipt. We require photo evidence of the defect or damage to process your claim. In such cases:
- We will either provide a refund or ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
- Damaged or defective items must be returned by mail; we do not offer drop-off returns.
Exchanges
At this time, VivaraEssence does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return, and upon receiving your refund, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Final Sale Items
Certain items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This includes:
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Lingerie
- Beauty products
- Sale or discounted items
These items are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns and clearance pricing.
Store Credit and Refunds
At this time, VivaraEssence only processes refunds to the original payment method used during the purchase. Store credit is not available, and we do not offer gift cards or vouchers as a refund method.
Return Drop-Offs
For your convenience and our security, we do not accept in-person drop-offs for returns. All return packages must be mailed to our return address after receiving authorization from our customer service team.
International Returns
Currently, we are unable to process international returns. All customers, both domestic and international, must ensure their return packages are sent by mail. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for international returns, and we recommend using a trackable service for peace of mind.
Fraud Protection
VivaraEssence values the integrity of its returns process. We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who have a history of:
- Excessive returns
- Fraudulent activity
- Returning worn or used items
We also reserve the right to inspect and reject any return that does not comply with our return policy.
Lost Packages
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your returns, as VivaraEssence is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the return package reaches us safely. Please retain proof of shipment until your refund is processed.
